Children's residential workers are, in our opinion, some of the most skilful, resilient and dedicated people in the social care sector. They have such a huge range of responsibilities within their roles, whether they're a first  time support worker or a registered manager.

 

Training can become fragmented and even a tick box exercise / compliance focused task. We want to do more than making sure people have the right certificates. We want to help inspire individuals and teams to learn about how their knowledge (in all the different areas) apply directly to the work they do - making them better at their jobs, feeling good about what they do and why they do it - all of which means better experiences for the children they love and care for.
